When your relationship ends, the intense emotions felt can quite often be overwhelming and you may feel that they will never end. Although this is very normal, and that it takes time to get over the pain, here is some break up help for you.

You most probably feel angry, sad and distressed after the break up. This is common with most of us. So do not avoid how you feel, because this denial will only cause you to feel the pain for longer.

Instead, you need to deal with your emotions by crying, listening to music, sharing your feelings with a friend or by writing a poem. These are all healthy ways to express yourself and let go of the pain and anger. The faster you are able to release your emotions and let go, the faster you are able to carry on with life.

Instead of seeking break up help, some of us act out in the wrong way, by trying to hurt our ex or other people. Never try to get over your feelings by hurting someone else. It will only make you feel worse, and people will see you as weak and pathetic.

You may be feeling angry and intense break up depression, as you keep on blaming your ex for the break up. But remember, that the break up is nobody’s fault. It does not mean that there is anything wrong with you or your ex. It just means the relationship itself was failing.
